This has been happening to me on and off for MONTHS now. Usually it' my right eye but now my left eye is starting on and off for about 3 days now. I thought it was from lack of sleep but I got 8 hours of sleep last night and it's still doing it.
Do you wear glasses? Maybe you need to visit the eye doctor. That used to happen to my brother and he needed glasses.
Ok this is going to sound a little weird but my sister taught me a trick to curing eye twitchies (she has studied acupuncture and apparently this is some pressure point that affects it). Reach up to your hairline with your left hair and reach around for what feels like a dent, about halfway between the top of your head and your ear, right on your hairline... you should feel a small indentation. When you find it, press on it (pretty hard w/ continuous pressure) for about 30 seconds... if it doesn't make it go away right away, keep doing it off and on and it should work. Then again, if this has been bothering you for a long time maybe it won't help much... I don't know, just thought I'd try to help! It's worked for me!
