So as I'm sure many of you know I got into a bad accident last night..My face stings and I have cuts and scrapes all over my face and my wedding is friday! will this heal on time? any rememdies you know of..i just feel like I'm going to be such an ugly bride

Call your dermatologist if you have one - if not call you doc and get the name of one - call and tell them your wedding is this weekend -

You are going to be a beautiful bride no matter what. I'm so sorry to hear about your accident but am glad that you're ok. You had an angel watching over you. I would definitely go to a derm and ask them about it OR contact oksana and see what she says about covering it up. Something can be done, don't be sad

Vitamin E for the scrapes. I would call whoever is doing your makeup and let them know that you have a few marks on your face that will need to be covered up.
Take it easy Kristin... relax and let someone else do the running around. You will still be absolutely gorgeous on your wedding day... not to worry!!

My sister was hit by a car when she was little and her face got very scraped up. My mom applied Vitamin e every single day to her face and it helped heal up and it helped reduce any potential scaring...
you can find that at a regular drug store?
yep! I'm also asking my sister who her derm. is... I know she's in the Babylon/Islip area... it might be worth a try. I'll FM you.

Try Mederma cream for scars at any pharmacy, I think it prevents scarring and can help heal.

yep I'm fine..some woman blew a stop sign and I was going straight..so she came out on me..and I couldn't stop..My car is totaled

You will be a gorgeous bride! Use bacitracin/neosporin for the scraps and take vitamin E.

Kristin you are gorgeous and will be a gorgeous bride. I feel so bad. Call your dr. They can refer u to a dermatologist who accepts your insurance

Kristen, maybe you should go to your doctor just to be checked out. As far as your cuts and bruises, all of the girls already made great suggestions. You can get Vitamin E oil in just about any drug store. Try the Neosporin with the pain reliever in it. If you can get a rec for a dermatologist, then go. As far as your face, I agree, whoever is doing your makeup will be able to cover up any bruises. And, you could NEVER make an ugly bride!! I just feel so bad this had to happen so close to your wedding. Try and relax as much as you can the next couple of days.

I would call the doctor and see what they can give you. For over the counter, definttely vitamin E oil. It works wonders.
Also, your make up artist can hide things. I had a HUGE bruise and cut on my arm and she hid it, you wouldnt of even known it ws there.
