They order the WRONG ONE! I have 3 FG's and they all are now wearing DIFFERENT dresses. I cant even talk about it much or I might cry, but we are waiting to see if they can do a rush order on the CORRECT one. They said they didnt think there was enough time
P.s It was Commack Wedding Center..I no longer like them very much.

They don't know if they CAN? You call them and tell them they WILL! It is their mistake! Give me a brake- they have PLENTY of time! Don't back down to them at all- you tell them they WILL get the dresses in in time!!!

I just orded my BM dresses from there. I actually just went in there with the girls to get an idea and try some dresses on but everyone agreed on one dress so we ordered it on the spot...don't get me scared! I have my fingers crossed for you. I can't imagine that it wont be in...seems to me that they've got plenty of time.

Donna, they have two full months, there's NO reason they can't get this dress for you. Ahem, the CORRECT dress for you. Go down there and tell them they absolutely will get this dress for you in time or they will be blasted all over liw, in which case they will lose a ton of business.

Oh, please don't let this get to you. They definitely have plenty of time to rush order the right dresses on their expense. I know this is not what you probably want to do, but there are also other options if they can't. I know there are some salons that specializes in rush deliveries and of course, you should by no means pay the expense at the wedding center....I'm sorry

I would demand they reorder and pay for overnight shipping, plus offer you a discount on what you've already paid for the inconvenience!

It really amazes me how many people are receiving incorrect orders. Cant the shops do their job right!??!

It's been one heck of a week so far.
Update- my BM ( the FG's mom) took the dress their this morning, the told her they ordered the correct one and it will come in THE WEEK OF THE WEDDING...so I'm praying for the best.

Somewhere maybe...they ordered a white one with cranberry roses around the middle and a bustle looking thing in the back with roses. The dress we ordered was white with a red bottom and red sash.

I wouldn't use Commack Wedding Center. They lied to someone my friend knows about the cap on alterations and then she had no choice with her wedding being so close, but to pay the extra $$$. I would have had someone else do it....Found someone....
I won't give them a dime of my money....
