MY FH is a moron!!!

So he tells me he is going to watch tv in the bedroom becaue he didnt want to watch what I was watching. Well he lied and went in the bathroom with my dog and CUT HIS HAIR with his hair buzzer! My dog looks so bad. When did my FH become a dog groomer???? I have told him 10000 times not to do this and he did it anyway and my dog looks horrible.

I am upset about the dog but Its more about FH lieing and doing something I asked him not to do then anything else. We got into a huge fight last night over BS he did and now this. I am just sad

Well, yeah he shouldnt have lied... Thats the biggest concern there, but your dogs hair will grow back... Not such a huge problemo

I am upset about the dog because god forbid in his venture to become a groomer he cut the dog or something then what?

And yeah the lieing gets me because then I lose trust.

Awww I'm soooo sorry!!!! When it rain it pours blehhhhh Your time will come... God is just throwin a lil wrench into your life at the moment to make you a stronger

ETA: It gives you a chance to really sit down and talk about our concerns with FH ... We've actually had some really serious ones since we've been engaged and we are soo much stronger now than we've ever been

AWWWW i'm soooo sorry you're going through a rough spot!!!! it sounds like he's just being silly, like guys tend to do. Your dog's hair will grow back luckily he didn't cut the dog or anything!

Haha I've found its like pullin teeth to get anything to sink in their brains... We still have some of the same arguments, but have progressed at the same time... although slowlyyyyy Keep working on it hun! The lightbulb will go on sooner or later hehe

I read the title here and had to see what you gals were talking about! I was laughing at the title b/c it sounds all too familiar.

First of all - Poor puppy! But the girls are right - thank goodness, the hair will grow back. But if my FH did that I would kick his butt.

I think that you and your FH need to sit down and have a real talk - you should write stuff down if you are like me and tend to get emotional and forget what it was you wanted to say.

FH and I fight a lot b/c of miscommunication and it seems that once we 'talk' it out rationally we can work through it. I know it sounds 'cliche' but it's true. Fighting will not work - and I would definately mention w/o raising your voice how much it hurt that he would lie to you about where he was going just to do something that he knew would hurt your feelings. Ask him why he 'felt' he could not talk to you before he decided to act irrationally.
