My Fiancèe got laid off today!

Keep up a positive attitude. Things will get better...you'll see.

My fiance got laid off in July and just this week he finally started another job. It's been very stressful with planning the wedding and all.

It will add some stress but stay loving to each other. This is one of those times that he needs you the most. Your relationship will be so much stronger once you have endured and survived something like this. We are all here for you.

You are right NYbride2003 ... it makes the relationship stronger. Actually, we didn't get to plan the wedding until he got this job last April ... and now the company is not doing so well, and of course they had to cut in costs .... I know things will be better.

DH almost got laid-off 3 weeks before our wedding...and I so remember that feeling in the gut of my stomach...

although he wasn't laid off then...he was 2 months later...and we are now the poster children for making lemonade out of lemons...
