thanks! it was actually really easy. I just created a few different text boxes in Word (one for the C, one the writing) and then printed it on vellum paper. Then I used double sided tape to attach the vellum paper and ribbons.

its paper that is kinda see through...you can get it in any craft store. i got it at michael's in the scrapbook paper section
I also forgot to mention...when I printed it i set it to a transparency setting
