My first DIY!

My first DIY!

So I did our programs last night while watching the Yanks kick the Twins butt

What do you girls think? Anything I should change? I blocked out all the names just in case.

Our 'theme' is outdoors/nature, but its not really a theme, more of a color scheme with some outdoorsy touches (branch CPs, wood cardbox etc)

ETA I know you can see through the top in the first one, but it was just the way I was holding it up to the light!

I just used MS word and made text boxes. And for the paper, we just went to Staples and got Ivory paper, I forget the exact weight but it was heavier than regular paper but lighter than cardstock. I can look when I get home if you want!

And thanks for the feedback ladies, I was so proud of myself. I am not exactly crafty by nature!

great job, they look great..good to know I am not the only one working on July programs. I designed them last week and FH was making fun of me for doing it so far in advance.

I think its way easier to get them done early....one less thing to stress about as the time gets closer!
