I made the design in illustrator and printed it out on heavy weight paper. then i attached it to 8x10 sheets of magnet paper and cut them out with a paper cutter. I bought blank cards from michaels and made the design in illustrator again, and printed them out. the i just made 4 corner slits in the card to slip the magnet into, fold it, stuff it, seal it, send it! a little time consuming but i think i saved alot of $
