My First DIY Pocketfold Invitation!

It's a chocolate brown color, but doesn' look like it in the pictures..

I am getting direction cards from the hall so I didn't include a direction card, but thanks to Laura [Lsorrent] she gave me the idea to include our wedding website!

Did you print them from your own printer? I am very intrigued by these DIY invites!! How much were they, and where did you get them?

One thought, not sure if this matters to you, but if you include your LIW website with your user name, that means that any of your guests can search for your name and view your posts.... if you don't mind this and if I am just paranoid, then that's fine... but you might want to create another wedding website (ours is at mywedding.com), where you can include all of that info.

Yes I printed them myself on my printer at home!

I got the kit at Party City and they were like $35 for 25!

I only bought one kit because I wanted to try it out first to see how they would come out, and I'm so impressed I'm going to buy the rest and I'm gunna do them myself!

ETA: Once I send them out, I will take down most of my pictures like my dress and such because you are right, I really don't want my guests to see, but honestly in the end, it doesn't matter to me. And I didn't like mywedding.com [just my opinion] lol

LOL Yes it does say Is twice. I just changed it on the computer so when I decide to start on the rest, it comes out correctly! Thank you!!

I only made one so far, it was my practice one to see if I was going to make the invitations myself or buy them.

LOL no I didn't think you were annoying! I'm glad you pointed it out for me! thank you!!!

and as for other sites for the wedding website, I worked so hard on the LIWeddings one, that it doesn't even matter.. Plus my wedding isnt until 2012, so the invites arent going out anytime soon. LOL

First of all, I LOVE them.

A few things

I would say 'together with their parents', especially since you reference 'their love' in the poem.

I'd also try to leave a little more room at the top and the bottom. The text is kind of getting too close to the border.
