My first fitting- LONG

I had my first fitting at klienfelds on Sat.. Started out a little shaky because they obviously overbooked THEMSELVES AND FOUND THE NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. They had me sitting there while everyone else was going in ahead of me and they tried to make it seem like I just showed up on a Sat and was lying about even having an appointment... after an hour I asked them if they noted the account when they called peole and they said yes.. So i told them to check the last time that someone called me... When they checked they saw a note that said Spoke to client and she said The balance on her dress will be paid when she comes for her first fitting on May 28th..

NOOOOOOOOOOOO REALLY???

They really annoyed me and for the money they are charging me for that dress,, I feel llike they should of handeled the situation better...

Problem # 2

THEIR ALTERATIONS ARE 600 Dollars FLAT RATE.. Doesnt matter if you only need a hem.. Which is exactly what i needed.. My dress fit perfectly and I had to pay 600 dollars for A damn hem

I can go on and on but I wont anyway heres a pic its a very bad/blurry one and the neckline will be completely different because I had them change it/ add some crystals

Maybe they have gotten in over their heads?? Sorry you had to deal with stress!!!

OMG! I cant believe that happened to you, im so sorry! I have had 2 fitting there so far and both times I felt the were amazing, I would def call and just let them know you had a bad experience...im sure they will do SOMETHING to make it up to you

Do you have to use them for your alterations? If you don't and you haven't already paid I would find someone else! That is a crazy amount of money, my place has 250 cap for alterations.
