On the side pic it looks like there is too much taken up...idk

Maybe if you separate the hair a little bit it will cover that up from the side...I like the height on it though. you might lose that if you put less hair up.

ETA: I just looked at it again. If you're not sure about the sides, maybe only do one pony tail instead of two, that way you'll have more hair down on the side.

I love it from the back - I definitely think she should put less up and have more down so it will go in front of your shoulders too -
