My first mess up :(

Omg I'm such a spaz!! I mixed up dates and set an appointment for Sunday with a photographer instead of Saturday. I'm from out of town too and can't stay late enough to keep the appointment on Sunday. What are the odds they let me reschedule for Saturday? I really wanted to go see them :( :(

Ugh, I'm freaking out. We have 10 appointments squeezed into 2 days, with little wiggle room :(

I hate planning a wedding from out of town!

Even if they can't squeeze you in right away, you can give them your info and ask to be called if someone cancels between now and the time you're leaving, just in case!

Make sure you tell them you are from out of town. Even if they only ave 5 minutes. You can always hammer out details over the phone

I would definitely give it a shot! If they know you are out of town and interested they might try to work with you a little more.

I hear ya! Its incredible that you scheduled 10 appointments for 2 days! I managed to get 2 I think they will be understanding because you are an OOT bride. It is definitely worth a shot!

You are going to be so busy with all those appts. Call them and see what they can do. Also try to get as much info on the phone so that the appt won't be for so long.

don't worry it will work out. . see if they can squeeze you in at any other point in time just for a few minutes.

i did 10 in one weekend without FH (but with mom and MOH haha) just make sure you eat, stay hydrated and don't make too many decisions toward the end of the day when you're either cranky or delusional haha

if you don't make it to one of the appts, you're definitely already getting a lot done so don't be too hard on yourself.
planning of OOT can really stink but it gets easier once you get some of the big stuff done, hang in there!
