My first pulled thread!!!!

I actually started a thread that got pulled! i never thought i'd have that much influence! this has totally caught me by surprise, i didn't have anything prepared. first, i'd like to thank my english teachers throughout the years....without them, how could i put sentences together to post threads. i'd also like to thank all the founders of internet technology, because without internet, there would be no web sites to post on. oh, no, i promised myself i wouldn't do this but i can't help myself.

One side note i'm trying to understand.......when drama starts on this site, the number of posts and viewers increase exponentially. shouldn't that be viewed as a good thing? extra interest in the site? when a tv show gains viewers and sparks lots of discussion, the network is happy. shouldn't the same logic apply to a web site? just wondering

You forgot to mention your wonderful FW - without her you wouldn't be posting on a wedding website

Check LIW's post at the top of the forum. On this issue they don't want threads about the bannings right now.

i don't think so, i think this is the first one that i started that got pulled. the others were started by tommybride......oops, i said the magic word, is this thread gonna get pulled also??

Jim says 'way to go' .. he was a bit shocked you had a thread pulled. I had to fill him in...he laughed and went off to brush his teeth. hehehe

i miss tommybride, his posts gave a little extra spice to these boards.

brushing teeth is very important, but if i brushed better, i wouldn't be helping my dentist pay off his student loans

BAh.. BS.. dentist make money no matter what.. brushing, flossing, swishing, minibrushing, treatments.. none of it matters..

Don't get me started

I like my dentist.. very non-invasive. I have a chipped fill she won't fill until I want to or unless it begins to bother me or become decayed. It hasnt in 2 years so she 'monitors' it. Saves me MONEY! She returned money to Jim after a antibotic treatment didnt work for him (if it didnt work, how can we charge you, she said)

STILL........ last year was $7,000 in dental. AFTER insurance. That's nearly the cost of our HALL!!!!

*grumbles*

Jim's such a goodie goodie about it. really good about making me feel guilty
