my first wedding makeup trial!

I had my first wedding makeup trial tonight. Rebecca from http://www.metyob.com
I say eh. I am going to have sucha hard time with this, I am so picky. anyway figured I'd share.

Honestly, I think a little less blue on your eyes and a less red lip color. I think the colors don't exactly match your facial tone.
(I am also not a blue eye color person)

I have to agree with the above post. I'm not a fan of the colors. I don't like blue and red together. You're a pretty girl and I don't like how it came out, as I feel its too much...but that's my opinion.

You are a pretty girl and I think the makeup does not accentuate that!...

I would def check out some others till you are happy!

I like the lipstick but its a bit bright for you. TOYALLY nix that shade of blue! Its too cool with your coloring. This sounds totally harsh and I don't mean to be! but you look dead-like a freezing victim in that shade. If you are going to wear blue you need a deeper tone like navy. Maybe try navy liner and smudge it if you really want the blue, then go lighter on the lips and make sure you use a sof shade of pinky/peach blush to bring color in without being overwhelming.

You're too pretty a girl to go Titanic victim on your wedding day.

ur pretty, and the blue totally weighs down ur face ... doesnt mesh well

I have to say that I am not a fan of the makeup they did on you, sorry! You are a pretty girl for sure, but the makeup is so loud that that's all you see.

I agree with the above posters - these colors do not complement your skintone and hair color. I would ask the next makeup artist to not use cool tones, nix the blue shadow completely, and then use a blush and lipstick that complements your tone (a warmer or peachier color).

I hope you are not offended - I got the impression that you didn't like it so much - keep looking and you WILL find someone who does your makeup to suit YOU.

i wouldnt do blue at all for a wedding eye color..how about a light fairy white..it makes you kinda look like a ricker chick on your wedding day. and you would want yourself to look elegant you know. but keep looking and you will find someone..

a lot of the blue fell under my eyes also. I thought I looked like one of the girls from the 80s. who just came outa the bathroom. after *sniffing*

up close it also looks really messy. I get my makeup done all the time, it ***** my favorite makeup artists are all in Los angeles!

Your green eyes are sooo gorgeous, but I think the blue eye shadow kind of draws the attention away from your eyes. I think 'earthy' colors may look better...or if you do want some color, soft plums/purples may work.

I could do your makeup better :)

I do my makeup for all my shoots as well as whom ever is in the shoot with me.....

Did you tell him that this was bridal makeup? I don't think those colors are appropriate for bridal makeup...you're a pretty girl, I think a different artist could make you look absolutely breathtaking
