I had my first wedding makeup trial tonight. Rebecca from http://www.metyob.com I say eh. I am going to have sucha hard time with this, I am so picky. anyway figured I'd share.

I would agree with the first post, im not to fond of the blue and red together. Something a little suttle would look gorgeous

in my album those are all cali makeup artists. I'll eventually find one here in ny like them.

You know... you have such beautiful blue eyes, I don't think the blue eyeshadow compliments them. I had the same problem w/ one of my trials....the used too much on the eyes, and on the cheeks, the natural beauty was masked. You're not being picky at all!!! It's your wedding and you want to look as gorgeous as you are! Keep looking and trying different ppl. Also, don't be afraid to try different colors...I think Pink, Rose/Mauves would look beautiful on your eyes and lips. BTW, got to see your album...those pics the makeup is wonderful!!!!! You look great in those pics!!!! Good luck sweetie!

thanks. I never wear blue. first she put some kind of pink, I hated it. so we went for complete opposite. my bm that was there said to go for blue too. I was just to tired to go through another look. I'm doing like 20 makeup trials.

I would go with more of an earth tone look, it is too much blue and the lips should be a little toned down.

i love the pics in your albums! and the purple is better than the blue. you are on the right track - looks like you probably practice and do your own makeup-no?
does it cost money on all these trails?! ouch!

most of the pics in my album were after getting my makeup done. I always take pics. most of those makeup artists are in cali. and yup trials cost money. it's worth it though to me, to have the best makeup artist. I'm trying out everyone.
