so tonight was my first weigh in. this week was pretty easy food wise, i'm very very happy b/c i lost 4lbs!!!!!!!!!

That's great! tomorrow is my first weigh in. I hope I lose a bunch! I did so well this week so i will be bummed if i don't. Only problem is i got my period and I don't know how that will affect it. I hope not too much cause i don't want it to affect my motivation....

Congrats!!! I did ww on line a bunch of years ago and lost a bunch of weight. Im doing it again but using my books from before and not doing the meetings. Everyone says going to the meetings really keeps you in check but I just don't have the time or patience to be honest. I weight myself every week and my FSIL is doing it to so we compare and tell eachother how much we've lost each week. So it's kind of like a meeting!!!
I've lost 2 lbs in the first week.
4 lbs for the first week is awesome.. im jealous. Keep up the good work.
Maybe all the WW girls should come on every week and report their weigh ins. Just another extra check!!!! I know it would help keep me in check!!!!!!

thanks everyone - i think this whole thread is great, reading all your positive comments is total motivation to keep going. it's makes me want to work even harder thanks girls, you have no idea how nice all of that was to read!!!
