i swear, i feel bad i email this guy ALL the time he has to think i'm out of my mind
problem is, when i went back to him the 2nd time after booking; he made me a sample which was very different from what we had spoken about so i was not happy to say the least
i mean, some of the same elements were there but not what i was expecting so, i keep emailing him and i want to just make sure i get what i want and what we discussed
then he told me i can come in dec. and he'll make another sample and now he's telling me he'll make 2 samples for me for their october showcase but what if i can't make the showcase??
:bang im really not a bridezilla so why do i feel like he thinks i am???

Re: My florist.........
Um i realize you didn't like your first one due to miscommunication (understandable), then he is offering two or three more samples (for free) but the hitch is he will only have them available for a showcase in december. Ask him when the pieces will be ready and maybe you can work out going there before the showcase or even after it at the shop.
I think the more you email a vendor the more annoyed they get at you. I pretty much try to avoid contact with all vendors as much as possible unless it is urgent (which flowers are since you still don't know what the end result would be like).
I don't think it is bridezilla-ish to want to see a sample but I wouldn't go too nuts with the emails since that may send a red flag up for a vendor.

Re: My florist.........
no, the showcase is in october most of the showcases are during the week and since i live and work in queens it would be hard for me to get out there
i emailed him because he emailed me pictures of what my sample was supposed to look like prior to seeing the 1st sample
he also emailed me the contract so this has been our mode of communication all along
its easier to send pictures of flowers than to describe them on the phone

Re: My florist.........
I knew that my mind would change a million times , so I am waiting until the last minute to bother my florist lloll. I def dont want to make it uncomfy to talk to any of my vendors.
But- I think they are very used to brides calling them and emailing them a million times dont worry at all.

Re: My florist.........
but thats the thing i have not changed my mind at all!
we discussed what i wanted, he described it beautifully and then when i went for the sample, it was totally different - this is why ive become semi-nervous regarding what they will look like on my wedding day
im sure they are used to it too, or he would not have given me is work and personal email; i just feel bad
