My florist seems to be playing games with us...

We went to see her last week to drop off our fake pumpkin for her to do yet another sample centerpiece, and she said she would call us by Friday or Saturday so that we could go in and look at it. Well as expected.....no call.

I sent her an email last week of EXACTLY how I want my flowers and the BM's flowers and she hasn't responded. Mind you she said we needed to sit down and 'finalize' the contract since there were a few changes made...and we call her today and she says to come next friday??? The centerpiece hasn' t been done. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!! NO...I don't believe this. I'm a little annoyed with her...I mean she's really nice, but she needs to get it together. We need to finalize what our total is going to be and it seems she is just pushing it to the side and waiting for the last minute....what I HATE!!

What's even crazier is that she came referred to us by a good friend of ours, and another friend of mine used her as well. I don't know what's going on..but this is unacceptable! UGH!

Sorry you are having trouble with your florist. I'm starting to feel that some vendors start to slack once they realize that they have you booked and they are you're only option. I just try to tell myself that it is wedding season adn they are probablly busy with other weddngs too. But I completely agree with you.....STOP waiting till the last minute.

I've found that you just have to keep calling them to get anything done
