Through another LIW'er, I found this woman Katherine who makes custom dresses for dolls. I sent her a picture of my niece's dress and voila! I just received it today and it looks great!

You can find Katherine on www.etsy.com and her name is katherineniccum

With the doll and shipping...It was like $50. Cheap, right? Considering it's a custom made dress. My niece is going to love it!
