the invitation requested that they wear either WHITE or IVORY to the wedding - it also happens to be a destination wedding....what would you think of that? my friend thinks its a little ballsy and i 100% agree - i got a kick out of it - since usually the bride does not want anyone else to wear white what would you think if you saw that on the invitation?

I would do it. You have to buy a dress anyway even as a guest at a wedding why not do it in the color they ask. I think she prob will be in color so she stands out. I love it!

SInce it's a destination wedding, I totally think it's a cute idea! It would be a completely different story if it were a traditional wedding.

i dont know - i cant imagine my friends boyfriend wearing an all white outfit - i just cannot see it happening they were shocked when they saw it

Sounds like the P.Diddy White party in the Hamptons
It's probably a theme and she wants everyone to look uniform..since it's a destintion wedding I probably wouldn't think to much of it.

Actually wearing all white for destination weddings is really common especially in Mexico-- my friend used to live down there and she said the wedding she saw on the beach with everyone wearing white looked unbelievably romantic

if its a beach wedding many guys will wear light khakis and a nice white linen shirt...looks good actually
