the invitation requested that they wear either WHITE or IVORY to the wedding - it also happens to be a destination wedding....what would you think of that? my friend thinks its a little ballsy and i 100% agree - i got a kick out of it - since usually the bride does not want anyone else to wear white what would you think if you saw that on the invitation?

i dont know - i cant imagine my friends boyfriend wearing an all white outfit - i just cannot see it happening they were shocked when they saw it

i was just thinking that I could never see the guys I know wearing all white, not their style..

its in mexico - so maybe it is a mexico thing? its at a resort somewhere...i know people who have gone to destination weddings but i never heard of someone putting it on the invite that they had to dress in all white - i mean i guess its the same difference as saying black tie on an invite i thought only pdiddy did that

well if it's a beach wedding, i think it's beautiful. I mean honestly a lot of women wear cute little white dresses in the summer, that's all it is

I would think that's a cool idea. I mean, places have white parties all the time. Of course, this person is breaking conventions already by having a destination wedding (such a COOL thing to do!!!), so wearing a light color makes sense on the beach where it's hot. I think it will make for great pictures!

It's not the first time I've heard of an all white wedding. A co-worker of mine did a destination wedding and she asked all her guests to wear white since it'll be on the beach. I must say the pictures were gorgeous!

I think since it's a destination wedding it's very appropriate- I'm sure it would be something good since it's probably also a themed wedding.

I have a feeling the bride will be wearing a diffrent color to stand out.
