My friend...she lives in NJ and her bf was my FH's roommate when they were stationed in San Diego..
Well she called me about 2 hours ago and told me she got engaged!!!!! I was really happy for her...but sad at the same time cause I miss that new engaged feeling hahahaha Like how it was soo exciting...I mean I still look at my ring everyday but after 9 months i am more concentrated on finding vendors and whose invited to our wedding that we dont even know haha
No but I seriously was really so happy for her!!! But she is lucky because her FH is out of the Marine Corps already- they get to enjoy their engagement actually together unlike Fh and I are enjoying it from a distance haha
BUT YAH CONGRATS TO MY FRIEND!! haha I am going to tell her to come on here even though she is from NJ

YAY!!!! Congrats to her!!! I know what you mean about the new engaged feeling. I miss it also. I still remember like it just happened how it felt when FH first proposed.

and i know what you mean about that newly engaged feeling. everyone kept telling me at the time to enjoy it b/c it's such an amazing feeling. i feel like i wish there was some way i could have made it last longer!! i miss it too...but now we have our WEDDING DAY FEELING to look forward to...imagine how amazing THAT's going to be!!!!!

congrats to your friend- such a special time! you're right though- the beginning of engagement is so amazing- so we all get a nostalgic when someone else gets engaged.
