My friend needs some prayers (UPDATED)

A really good friend of mine, Jess (the girls who went to the TGIF gtg will remember her). In summary...Her dad was diagnose with bladder cancer a year and a half ago, he had some complications then a few months ago they diagnosed him with brain cancer, now a couple of weeks ago they diagnosed him with lung cancer. On Friday I found out from her that they told her dad that it's just spreading throughout his body and he's to weak to get any kind of chemo and now they are just sending him home with hospice care (which from what I've heard is not a good thing) and basically just making sure he's as comfortable as possible until he passes.

I feel so horrible for her and her family, they've been through SO MUCH within the last year and a half that I think some thoughts and prayers can really do them good.

You don't need to respond to this post just a quick thought or prayer is all I ask, thanks


UPDATE...Well not good news, she just found out that he probably will only make it about another week. I feel soooo horrible for her and her family. I still don't understand why these kind of things have to happen

for Jess. She's such a sweet girl and does not deserve any of this. Hospice is great, my aunt had it when she was battling breast cancer so her father and her entire family are in great hands. Please let her know that I'm praying for her father and her family.

Cancer is horrible. Jess and her family are definitely in my prayers!
