my grandma is the best!

My grandma gave me and FI her and my grandfathers wedding bands! They are plain gold bands (which we are going to have dipped in white gold). I'm so excited!
She's sick and I know that she isn't going to be at our wedding (my grandfather died before I was born) so I'm so happy that they will have such an important role in our marriage!

That was so nice of her. I'm so sorry she will most likely not be at the wedding. It will be great to look at the wedding bands and remember them always. That's so meaningful.
