My Grandma isnt doing well

Two weeks ago she suffered from heart attack She has been in the hospital ever since suffering from mini heart attacks. She has been swelling up with water. There are days where she's good but most of the time its bad. They are supposed to be transferring her to a Hospice today, but the Dr told my Step-dad she doesnt have much time. Last night she told him to put deceased on any more bills she gets and all she wants to do now is sleep. I know a lot of us have gone through this, sadly enough, so please send some prayers our way.
