SIT ON YOUR HANDS! It sounds ridiculous but there's no way they can pop those wheat thins in your mouth then! Stay strong!

dont dwell on it. just move on - maybe go a little lighter on dinner tonight or head to the gym and workout a bit longer than usual. we are all allowed to cheat - it is what you do afterwards that counts!

Yup - I am off to the gym anyway tonite, so I guess I will be working harder than usual to work those off.....

Ever wonder why they call them Wheat 'Thins'?????
They certainly don't make ME any thinner

i love wheat thins....
why is it that i love every item of food mentioned?
why don't they make food taste terribly so that we don't want to eat as much of it. wouldn't that make it easier to lose weight?
i'm oging to start a new line of foods.
