Love your pictures...the last one is so cute with the sad faces. It looks like you had a great time. How did you get a personal chef dinner?...that looked cool.

I used these books for each island-- Oahu Revealed, Kauai Revealed and Maui Revealed...

They were very helpful--- anyway, I got the idea from there.....Each hotel seems to do something similar--but not with a personal chef --you have a personal waitress instead - in a private ten t on the beach (My husband suprised me with a hotel one---soooo romantic and classy) Mine was a bit more 'rustic' with plastic chairs---but so nice with the personal chef and the rainbow behind us with the sun setting in front of us.

(I can't believe we suprised each other with the same idea!!! He also added in a couples massage at the spa----NICE! )
