my hotel is going to kill me

so for those who have been following my saga...here's the latest

last night i called and was told my rooms weren't in the system (although the sales manager told me earlier everything was taken care of)

tonight i called and i booked the rooms for my bridal party b/c finally they were in the system

then i tried to book the suite for FH & i, and was told that the suites were not blocked off, although i signed a contract for them


what is so difficult about this!??!?!?!

some people just dont know how to do a job!!!!!


i would be sooo angry. hope they get all figured out!

Jen- you are better than me. i would have told them a long time ago to go f*** themselves and found a new hotel. With all the other stress of wedding planning you dont need crap from a hotel!!
It seems like there are alot of incompetent people there

ugh iknow!

the ONLY reason we are sticking w/ them is b/c we are paying for all of the BPs rooms and the rooms are gorgeous and are an INCREDIBLE rate (65 per night)

yeah we have looked at other ones..but this one is SO SO much cheaper and we are paying for 13 rooms (ours and the BP)

if it's not sorted out 2moro, my mom is going to call and yell. she's a good yeller

wowwwwww!! umm u signed a contract and it doesnt come up in the system?! theyd better be kidding u! id be soo pissed. like w t f is the point of the contract if theyre ignoring it...?

i just sent them a complaint letter
