My ILs 1BR co-op in Coram is up for sale

in case anyone is interested. They bought it last year so they'd have a place to stay when up from Florida, but DH's grandparents have had a rough year so ILs haven't been able to use it like they thought they would.

It also has a central station monitored alarm system which isn't on the listing for some reason.
