My invites are finally out!

Thank goodness! Ran to the Roosevelt Field post office on Friday right before they closed at 8. Phew! What a relief to send them out!

We were there on Friday night for the same reason! We went around 7:00 though. How funny is that.

They did a great job though. People got the invites back and they were handcancelled just like I asked and the envelopes were clean and completely intact! People started getting the invites the next morning!!

Really? Did you have white square envelopes? I saw the lady hand canceling them right before we handed her our stuff. Very cool!

Would you believe I called my mom jokingly last night asking if I got any RSVPs yet and she said that 2 had come in! I mailed them Friday night, there was a Sunday and a holiday and still 2 people managed to get the invite and send it back already. That's crazy!
