My invites, tell me what you think- edited with more questions

Ok so we choose our invites and I think we have the correct wording. Would you mind checking it for me? I've made it generic, since I'm sketch of those lurking EALs

*** Edited to add questions: Re: After Party***

We're having an after party @ the place we & our ootg are staying. We want to include something in the invitation to let the guest know about it. Is this wording too casual?

After the Ceremony
After the cocktails
After the dinner
After the dancing
It's the After- Party

Mansion
Street Address

If HIS parents are paying for the wedding - it is correct. Otherwise - your parents' names should be at the top.

I could be wrong but normally the invites begin with the brides parents and her name

other than that they are great!

I like it it looks very elegant but again it depends on who is footing the bill.

I use this is a guideline to decide who goes first.

They're paying for a large portion of it

Both parents are contributing but ...

Both sets of parents are funding the wedding:
Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Myers
and
Mr. and Mrs. Kwame Johnson
request the honor of your presence
at the marriage of their children
Anne Catherine and Theodore Joseph
etc.

Both parents are contributing but his are paying a substansial amount more, but Should I word it like this so I don't insult or embrass my parents

I think this is how I would personally do it, because your giving thanks to both parents equally ya know?

Otherwise it looks great!

would it be as formal?

Re: My invites, tell me what you think

the bride always goes first

so i would either do it with both parents inviting

Brides Parents
and
Grooms Parents
blah blah blah
bride
and
groom

OR inviting WITH the parents

Bride
and
Groom
together with
Brides Parents and Grooms Parents

Remember, in all things related to the wedding - the bride comes first
invitations, monograms, basically any place where the bride's and groom's names are written.
