my left eye keeps twitching!

for the past 3 days - how annoying and embarrassing! what causes this?

That happened to me a few times last week! Do you wear contacts? I have heard that if one is not clean enough it may cause that problem!

ETA: I have also heard nervousness can cause it as well!!

I heard it happens when you aren't getting enough sleep

i'm not nervous....but I do NOT get enough sleep. I look like a freak!

You can definitely get it from over exhaustion (aka - not enough sleep) like the other ladies said!

my eye has been twitching since yesterday morning and i've heard it's from stress and i have been really stressed lately

OMG!! mine too!! It's been sooo annoying-i think it is from lack of sleep & stress. Everytime it starts to spaz out I tell FH to look @ it...lol he just laughs @ me haha
