Well i got home and there was a letter from my old employer. There laptop was stole and all the employees information was on it. our first, last names and our socials were on it. So they say that the computer has a password on but if there is a smart computer geek out there they are hack it and get our info. So now i have to sign up for eqiufax and they will alert me if anyone uses my ss for anything. I just hope that my identy doesnt get stole then i wont be able to get my marriage lis... GRRR

that happen to me, someone stole my SS card and birth certificate in a hotel room (I KNOW WHY WOULD U HAVE THAT WITH YOU ON VACATION) i was dumb and didn't realize that i didnt need them! i had to contact a zillion ppl and my name/ss is on alert if anyone tries to be me
