She's lost almost 40 lbs since we ordered her dress!!! I think her whole dress is going to have to be cut apart and re-made She is already prepared to spend a fortune!
Right so here is the before pic - I swear I think I could've fit inside her dress with her!!!
And here's what it will look like after they make all the alterations:
I was SHOCKED b/c Macy's is SO much cheaper for their alterations than David's Bridal! It's only costing her $110 for everything, and it cost me close to $200 for my alterations at David's! Crazy!

She's on a diet called Isagenics. It is NOT cheap and it's NOT for everyone, but it worked for her! She actually hasn't been able to afford the stuff for a few weeks now, and she's maintained her weight loss, so she's really happy! She wants to stay at this weight at least til after my wedding so she will fit into her dress! She looks amazing! I am really proud of her!

LOL too funny!!! That is just my MOH's dress. My other BMs are wearing the same color but they are strapless and also have the brooch on them. My MOH isn't comfy in strapless and I don't blame her.
