It was my cousin's graduation party today, and we had it at our house. At the end, we were putting all the food away, and I just cut a little piece of cake to pick at, and my mom said 'You don''t NEED that.' That was so mean. I lost 30 pounds and have kept it off a year, and this was a party. You'd think I'd be allowed to indulge a little. Plus, every time she talked about me to other people at the party (and I overheard) she just used this tone that she always dones, implying that I'm a pain or a brat. I really never gave her trouble growing up, and now I'm totally on my own and never ask for anything. She's just so derrogetory towards me. I just had to vent. I don't visit often, and then when I does she always makes it unpleasant.
