My mom is in the hospital - UPDATE

My mom is a RN and manages a 40 patient psychiatric ward. She went into work this morning and was immediately stressed out because they were extremely understaffed.
She had severe chest pains and felt nauseous so another nurse drove her to the ER. Her EKGs are OK, but the Dr. admitted her for monitoring. I have to go over there in a little while to visit her. This is all so unexpected. Please pray! Thanks ladies! She's been really stressed out lately from her job and life in general.

Thanks for all your support girls! I went to visit my mom tonight with my siblings and stepfather. She's doing great, pretty much like normal. They need to do an ultrasound on her tomorrow though because they saw something on her liver when they did the echo today. Not sure what it is.
Today is my mom and stepfather's anniversary! Nice way to spend it huh? But they are fine and dandy. I'll keep you posted.

Oh nooooo, I am so sorry to hear this, Lauren!But thank God the EKG looks good, and she's well looked after!!!
I hope you and your mom can sneak in a STRESS-FREE day to relax before the wedding, too!!!

Good to know she is doing better. That has to eb extremely stressful but at least they get to spend anothr anniversary together. Gald you're all holding up.
