She knew how much I liked the aisle runner from original runner co the one that says 'And they lived happily ever after' but they are somewhat pricey............
She knew I would be feeling down in the dumps since FH just left on a 6-8 month deployment. She surprised me by telling me that she ordered it for us. It will also have our names and the date at the bottom.
In order to keep the cost down it won't have the lines that are painted on the side (see website - portfolio) so our florist is going to place rose petals running along the side of the runner.
can someone explain this runner thing to me.. because i honestly have no clue about them... i have read so many different things about them and who provides them... is this a necessity??? do you have to buy one... or is it an added touch??? i heard the limo comp privides it... what if you are getting married at a hall... is this a one time use type of thing????
sorry for these silly questions!!

Most limo companies provide a basic runner. Some churches don't even allow it. To me, it's just an added touch. I am getting married at the hall, so it was ordered with that length in mind. It is definitely a one time use. It will just become a keepsake to us after. I can envision in my mind how the picture looking down the aisle will look with the runner and the tulle with the flowers along the aisle seats.
Trust me it is not needed. It's an added bonus only.
