My mom just found a prayer card for wives from my grandmother...

HAHAHAHAHHAHA....These are from my grandmother (1948), and prayer card she kept in her wallet.

TEN RULES for a Happy and Successful Wife

1. Avoid Arguments. Your husband has his share from other sources.
2. Don't nag.
3. Don't drink or eat to excess.
4. If you offend your husband, always ask forgiveness before you retire.
5. COmpliment your husband liberally. It makes him a better husband,
6. Budget wisey together. Live within your income.
7. Be sociable and go out with your husband.
8. Dress neatly and attractively for your husband, and keep your home clean and cheerful.
9. Keep your household troubles to your self.
10. Pray together and stay together.

I like 'A happy wife is a happy life' much better. I keep repeating that to FH...he just rolls his eyes!

when your husband comes home from a hard day at work, make sure you put on your lipstick and fix your hair..and let him relax and dont trouble him with your daily problems..he is a hard working man that deseves a peaceful and happy home.
