Still pretty new to the board, but I'm so happy that I wanted to share this with the fellow '08 brides. My mom won one of the diamond necklaces tonight at the bridal show!
My poor mother has terribly arthritic knees and I've been dragging her around everywhere with me for all this wedding stuff. I'm so happy that she finally got something in return for all the stress I've given her.

awww, that was your mom?! my fh helped her down from the stage after she won, and she just seemed like such a sweetheart. she was so happy, i was yelling for the moms when they won!!
congrats to her, that necklace is amazing!!
That was your FH? Thank him for me! That was sweet of him to help her down. She has really bad knees, so she had a hard time getting on and off the stage.
