My Mom's Dress came in with white spots on it!
So I have been having a bad day at work today when I get a message that Tom from Netbride called. Knowing today was not going well I was a little nervous to call him. When we spoke, he told me that my mom's dress had come in, it was pewter, but when they looked close they saw it had white spots all over it.
Our options are: 1. Take a smaller dress in Gold right now, 2.rush order a dress in gold in the right size, or 3.order another pewter and hope it was just a one time problem, not a color problem but he will order a gold as a back up or 4. get our money back and look elsewhere.
We went with option 3, the only negative being that he is rush ordering it, but it won't be in for another month. He also took 50 off the price so he is refunding that. I would still recommend netbride, they were very kind and could have easiliy sent me the dress and hope I didnt notice or it was too late and let it go etc.
