so we go to BBB and she bought a fondu set for my fsil. a measly 60$ fondu set as an extra lil item. the dude wrapped it up for her... this was on TUESDAY

it is now FRIDAY..shes on her lunch break, borrowed her coworkers cell phone to call me while IM WORKING to tell me that she couldnt sleep at night cuz she felt that the guy didnt wrap the fondu set. since he didnt give her back her gift receipt. the registry lady told her that the ghuy TAPES the receipts ON THE BOX b4 he wraps them for the BRIDES CONVENIENCE.

well my loving mother thinks every1 is out to rip her off.. so she ended up unwrapping the gd damn fondu set and she SWEARS its not the 1 she paid for. that the guy went and switched the boxes and gave her the cheaper one.


'so right after work u have to come straight home and take me to BBB. ' umm WHAT!????????

'yes, i knew it! hes a thief!'

i had to tell her to go eff herself. i really cant take her shyt anymore. shes like Borat and i have ZERO patience for her stupidity. im about to hire some1 to keep her away from me during my wedding cuz i cant take it anymore!

can i get her medicated???

and she said she cant go to dinenr tonite because she has to mow the lawn, since its going to rain this weekend.. WHAT???????????????????????????

no offense but I think you're overreacting just a little bit. my mom is very annoying as well, but we love each other and have to accept the craziness with the love. otherwise we are going to kill each other while living on 2 different continents.
just laugh it off.
take her to BBB and show her that she did get the thing she paid for (I'm assuming that's the case?)

my mother is just as crazy but in differnt ways i feel you and you can always vent to me...last friday i tried to call off the wedding becuase of her!!!!

OH and from what FH tells me, it's better to mow the lawn before it rains, that way the rain can help the seeding

You sound just like me with my mother.. she'll call me at work to tell me I got mail (because I won't see it when I get home), she calls to tell me that a movie is coming out (that I've known about), she'll call to tell me whats for dinner, while knowing I have dance and won't have time to eat...

I don't think its the fact that your mother opened the gift and wants to go back, I think its the fact that your at work and its not that important to you right that second...

I feel your pain! I'm dreading 2:00 when my mother gets home from work and either IM's or calls me (or both- she'll im me, I'll ignore her then she'll call OR I'll say I'm busy and she'll call)...

and I'm in a super BAD mood today... gee.. anyone have a couch I can crash on because if she starts with me, I'm moving out!

i like to believe ppl are generally goood.

im not a good judge if you're overreacting because i cant deal with my mother for more then 50 seconds or i become a ranging lunatic! i cut her off mid sentence and tell her i cant deal with you! ok, i know some people think this is crazy and rude but unfortunately my mom is nutso, i wish she wasnt but yeah, she is. OMG too funny... Don't worry - I think all Mom's are crazy (mine and FMIL included!)
