My new coworker started to cry this morning!
Gosh, I guess I really am that bad! ![]()
Seriously though, we do have a very stressful job, working with very stressful clients.
I have been trying to 'show her the ropes' as I have been doing this job a lot longer than she has.
She is VERY resistant to ANY of the advice that I've given her. And, she just does what she wants to do anyway.
(we have a 3rd colleague, whom I also trained and that person even said to the new person 'Just listen to Sue. She does a really good job and she knows how to handle these people')
Anyway, I guess the new girl realized that she's pissing us off and that's why we don't try to help her anymore. And, she has a HUGE mouth and does not understand what 'keep this quiet' means...
So, she started to cry! Seems like she's all better now, but what the hell!
