This is my favorite page. At the RD, I gave my sister (MOH) her gifts, which included a 2 part frame, and in one of the pics was a photo that my dad took of us when we were really young. It was our favorite picture, so I had it blown up and put into the frame. At the RD, she opened it and started crying. Luckily, someone took a bunch of pics so we were able to capture the moment :) The journaling is about the photo and that's it on the bottom of the page

thanks! It is time consuming...each page takes me about 1 1/2 hrs or so, but what's most time consuming is designing the page in my head and making the decisions beforehand.
I buy all my paper from Michaels - I use patterned but the shower page has a vellum overlay to mute the pattern a bit

Thanks everyone! I actually really enjoy working on this - it's much more artistic than I thought it would be. So I'm not in such a rush to finish. I'd like to be just about finished before Christmas so I can show my family though
I think it's going to always be a work on progress though - I hear that once you finish you go back to the beginning and re-scrap the pages because you don't like how the first few ones came out

Enjoying the process is half of it!
And I have many pages that I have redone because I don't like them anymore

I love the pages! I'll have to look for paper at Micheal's. I found the scrapbook I want that matches our invitations at Staples.
