So.. I got this favor bags for my e-party. The thing is I have the exact max. I can have for my hall. Here is the problem... I am having 'assigned seating'. I can use the bags with the guests' name and table numbers on them on one table when they walk in and then just label the tables. Or I can make up the seating sheets.. not individual cards.. and already have the favor bags waiting on the tables. My mom said oh people will fight over the bags.. because they are old. I can just put the names on the bags and have them on the tables so they don't fight. BUT THERE IS NO WAY I am going to stand there at the end of the night and pass them out. HELLLLPPPP Which choice??

- Bags with names and table numbers when they first walk in?
- Table number/seating on nice paper on the table when they walk in and favor bags on the tables with the names

orr.... without names? THIS IS SO HORRIBLE.. My mom is making it bigger than it has to be!

most of the time ive seen this...

Cocktail hour begins, during people pick up their favor from a table. ON the favor it says their name and table number. We did this of our eparty. When they walked in they found their favor with their name and table # on it. Worked fine.
