Those of you who guess a house were right Our offer was accepted last week and we already had the engineer inspect the place.
I was waiting until today to tell you all because we were SUPPOSSED to sign the contract today... but the contract has to be revised. We should be signing it this week.
I hope I didn't jinx myself by saying too soon but now that you all are begging me I had to! I should have never posted that I had good news in the first place! So hopefully the contract will be signed this week and we will be getting a house!
I will tell more info, like where and the details, AFTER we are in contract. For now please keep your fingers crossed!

Don't get too excited, nothing is set in stone yet!!!
We are signing tomorrow morning at 8 am. Hopefully the sellers will sign soon after and we will officially be in contract.
The sellers have a very shady RE agent so I need everyone to keep fingers AND toes crossed!
