Those of you who guess a house were right Our offer was accepted last week and we already had the engineer inspect the place.
I was waiting until today to tell you all because we were SUPPOSSED to sign the contract today... but the contract has to be revised. We should be signing it this week.
I hope I didn't jinx myself by saying too soon but now that you all are begging me I had to! I should have never posted that I had good news in the first place! So hopefully the contract will be signed this week and we will be getting a house!
I will tell more info, like where and the details, AFTER we are in contract. For now please keep your fingers crossed!

You have to wait for the details until we are in contract But it is in the exact area where I wanted a house

I am sooo nervous now. If something goes wrong then I have to explain to 1,000 people on here what happened... plus all of the people my mom told that she wasn't suppossed to tell.

great news...it took a little over a week for the contract to get signed after we signed it. it should all work out fine. the lawyers work out all the details. i definitely know exactly how you feel though.
