Those of you who guess a house were right Our offer was accepted last week and we already had the engineer inspect the place.

I was waiting until today to tell you all because we were SUPPOSSED to sign the contract today... but the contract has to be revised. We should be signing it this week.

I hope I didn't jinx myself by saying too soon but now that you all are begging me I had to! I should have never posted that I had good news in the first place! So hopefully the contract will be signed this week and we will be getting a house!

I will tell more info, like where and the details, AFTER we are in contract. For now please keep your fingers crossed!

Oh congrats on the HOUSE!!! My FH and I just bought a house the beginning of Aug. We actually had the signing of the contract delayed 2x's. It will happpen thought. All the best!
