My parents sold their house

My parents went to look at a condo in oceanside a few months ago and fell in love with it right away. It was a deal they couldnt pass on. They put in a bid and the owner wanted more...so they went back with a counter bid and the owner said ok. Now came the problem. They hadnt sold their house yet.

Well 2 weeks later the house was on the market and one month later, it was sold. My parents got asking price for the house. So everything has worked out for them.

Now everything is happening so fast. Danielle and I are getting married in 5 weeks, I am moving to North Bellmore, I have to pack my stuff up, and also we are still working on the new apartment. It is crazy...

Yay! Congrats! The same thing happened to FH and I. We went house hunting but he hadn't sold his condo yet...everything ended up working out for us too.

Your parents must feel so relieved..I know we did!! Congrats again, that's great!!!!
