My pearls don't match the pearls on my dress...

So for some reason last night, I pulled out my fabric swatch from Christos and then put my pearls up against it. They clash. The pearls on my dress are very white and my pearl necklace and earrings (the ones mom and dad gave me for my 21st b-day) are more pinkish. I tried to put the fabric up against my boobs and put the pearls on. It doesn't look horrible, but I don't know if I should wear them. They are special to me, though, so I could never imagine wearing anything else for my wedding.

Maybe I should just wear them.

It can be very hard to judge how things will look based on just a swatch. (Is this a swatch from your actual dress? I know that when it comes to silk, the shade can vary from one dress to the next thanks to those little silk worms.) When your dress comes in, try on your pearls with it. You may be pleasantly surprised!! If there is a contrast in shades, maybe it will be flattering, or, maybe you could pull it together by having both shades in your tiara, hair pins, flowers, etc.
