MY pew decoration... sort of

MY pew decoration... sort of

I am sure all normal people pay their florist for their pew decoration, but since I am digging a hole already, that is one area I figured I could get away with something simple.

Here is a picture of a decoration I bought at Michaels today for only $5.00 (Orig. 10) It was originally all white, and has white buds at the top, I just added some accents (I know the ribbon is messy, I just wanted to see how it would look!)

Is anyone else doing their own pew decorations?

oops! Maybe I am the loser here! I didn't know that some churches do that. Maybe mine does too, but I just haven't researched it yet... hm. I may be heading back to michaels tomorrow! ha.

We're doing ours...but I haven't really even thought of exactly what yet...maybe bows and flowers? so typical though

does the ribbon match your girls' gowns? That's really a great idea....maybe you could add some ribbon coming down...sort of partly curled or a many ended relaxed bow? I'm not sure how to describe it...or baby's breath?

Thanks- I think baby's breath would be a great idea!

I checked with my church program- they don't do the pew flowers, so I guess I am fine then!

I think I am going to change the ribbon on the front to match the girls dresses, and let it hang like you said.. that would look pretty!
